I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious which was great, but unfortunately, there was no sauna as we were looking forward to it. The service was exceptional, with very friendly and helpful staff, although we had a little laugh about our sport professionalism. The location was convenient, especially being so close to a great shopping center, but it felt like the property was in need of some renovation. The dining experience was lovely, with lots of choices but I prefer stronger coffee. Overall, it was a decent stay with some room for improvement.
